Tradition Rooted In Faith

Traditions at Holy Spirit Catholic School are embedded into the fabric of our school community. These traditions allow our students, families, and community to come together to celebrate our faith and school. Many times these traditions at HSCS will find their way into the homes of our families as they carry on the message of love and community.

Family Fun Night

Family Fun Night Family Fun Night kicks off our school year as our families come together for an evening of fellowship and fun. In addition to the games, food, and fun, our families also donate canned goods to our San Antonio food bank.

Grandparent's Day

Grandparents Day Gradparents Day is a special day where our HSCS students honor their most beloved members of their family. We celebrate our grandparents and the festivities that follow reflect that love.

Las Posadas Las Posadas is an evening at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Our students come together to celebrate the advent season with songs of worship as they tell the birth of Christ.

Catholic Schools Week During Catholic Schools Week we take the time to celebrate the unique opportunities and blessings that come with attending catholic school. It is a fun filled week where we take moments to give and share the blessing of a Catholic education.

D.I.O.S.A.

DIOSA Day In Old San Antonio is a time for our students to enjoy the F.I.E.S.T.A. activities that only Holy Spirit can provide. This one day event is filled with lots of smiles and joy as our students enjoy games and food at their very own DIOSA
