To be considered for admission, completed applications and a (non-refundable) $95.00 application fee must be submitted to the school office.
We re-enroll current students in late January for the next school year. Once this process is complete, we begin reviewing our application files to fill classes that have open spots. Qualified applicants will be considered for admission into the school.
Admission to Holy Spirit Catholic School is selective. It is based on academic competence and personal potential within the Holy Spirit curriculum, considering information gained from past school records, standardized tests, pre-admission tests, references and personal interaction. Admission and financial aid decisions are made without regard to race, sex, color, religion, national or ethnic origin.
The priority in which we review the application files is as follows:
1)siblings of current students;
2)registered parishioners of Holy Spirit

1. Complete online application
A non-refundable application fee of $95.00 must accompany the completed application and can be paid through FACTS.
2. Complete Assessment Testing
As openings become available, applicants will be contacted to set up a testing date.
PK4 - Kindergarten: Skills appropriate to grade level are assessed.
1st - 2nd Grades: Skills appropriate to the grade level are assessed.
3rd - 8th Grades: Candidates are assessed on math, reading, and writing skills.
Applicants will be notified if they meet the assessment criteria and if the candidate is eligible to proceed to the next step of the application process.
3. Interview with the School Principal (Done on an as needed basis)
4. Submit Registration non-refundable Fee of $150 per student
Holy Spirit will make acceptance decisions based on applicants academic competence, information gained from past school records, standardized tests scores, pre-admission tests, references and personal interaction.
Admission and financial aid decisions are made without regard to race, sex, color, religion, national or ethnic origin.
Holy Spirit does not routinely accept transfer students into the eighth grade. At the discretion of the administration, exceptions may be granted.
